Off Season Long Term Lets

Villa Turkuaz is available for off-season long-term lets – ideal for people looking to explore the regions as a possible retirement destination.

Breakages Deposit

Please note: on arrival, our agents will ask you for a £200 breakages deposit. This will be returned to you following the end of stay inventory.

Changeover Day

This is flexible. We will, if at all possible, let you stay in the villa as long as possible on your day of departure. It will however depend if there are guests arriving on the same day, in which case, to allow for cleaning you are required to leave by 12 noon.

Key Collection

When we know your arrival times, you will be advised on the arrangements for collecting the key.

Our agents are Navig Travel and they will meet you at the Hanel Homes office in Ovacik Centre where they will escort you the short distance to the villa.

Welcome Pack

Our agents will be pleased to arrange a welcome pack for you. There is a £10 charge for this service and the contents which are for 4-6 people will cost an additional £15.

Your pack will contain: 5 lt water, 1 lt fruit juice, 1 lt milk, tea/ coffee sachets, 2 loaves bread, 250g butter, 400g cheese, 1 kg apples, 1 kg bananas, honey and sliced salami.

Additional Cleaning

Price includes one end of stay cleaning. Additional cleaning is available for an extra fee. Details on Request.

Baby Equipment

High chairs and travel cots can be arranged for a small additional charge. Details on request.

Information Pack

The villa will have an information pack with local information, which we hope will add to the enjoyment of your holiday. However you may wish to print out relevant sections of this web site to help you plan your holiday.

Money

The currency is the Turkish Lira, however some shops and restaurants will also accept Euro and even sterling. There are numerous ATM machines where you can withdraw money.

Emergency Contact Number

Our agents are available to help you during your stay. A 24-hour emergency contact number will be given to you on arrival at Villa Turkuaz.

Terms & Conditions

To reserve the villa a 25% deposit is required at time of booking. This is payable by cheque or bank transfer. Balance due 6 weeks before arrival (or full payment if booked within that time period).

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than four weeks before your arrival date will incur a 50% cancellation charge, between 28 and 14 days of departure, 75% charge, less than 14 days or a no show 100% cancellation charge.
